& The Bees

After leaving the city behind, Artist Terence Koh and Graphic Designer Garrick Gott built a wax chapel amidst the trees and invited me to meditate amongst their new friends and choir—the bees.

we live on the top of a mountain so we can count stars awake from the awake

open the eye too the sky too open the mind too the eye the mountain, a single stone

praying with the stones on our daily walks carry a mountain everywhere

all the seasons at once inside us our body and mind is light

wind blowing all directions as we stand still

"Everybody surrounds their technology in the telephone booth."

our first ear on the land

beginner’s mind a still forest pool

we are the sacred bee

we built a bee chapel this summer near an apple tree garrick found a ring of 16 apples trees around the bee chapel

a single person could go inside a living bee hive and resonate with the bees

a light for pantoú

we we we is the wind and the sun sun

awake too celebrate life and awake too celebrate death pulling out carrots from the garden

taste of earth on tongues

we as in yoo as in eye as in we

learning from the animals and plants knot too judge and simply too observe

a rolling boat

gently gently down the stream merrily merrily merrily bee

life is but a dream singing too the trees too the falling stars

truth, goodness and beauty
